Help with the buying of my first proper headphones

1. Are you looking to listen to music outside your home or will you only listen in your home? This is key.
2. Do you game or watch movies with these headphones?
3.What is your budget?
4. You don't  need an amp for a P7--it will play directly from a phone or computer.
5. Have you checked out the v-moda M100? It could work for you. It also does not need an amp.
6. The reason to get a dac is to improve the quality of the sound coming from your computer or phone. It is not necessary for any of these headphones, but it may improve the sound of the system.

1. I listen to music mostly in my home. I just thought if I should get more flexible headphones for now and then after I moved on my own I would use them more on the move and buy open-back headphones for desktop-only-use alongside them.
2. I play games about 30% the time and 70% of the time I listen to music.
3. I'm ready to use up to 2500€ ultimately. As I mentioned before I can't decide if I should get more portable/flexible headphones for now and get open-back later or to buy high quality closed-backs for long term desktop only usage.
4. So amp wouldn't make any difference?
5. No I haven't but I got suspicious about that noise cancelling system. Does noise cancelling cut down the sound quality?
6. Do dac and amp have more significance if I decide to get more expensive desktop-only closed-backs?

EDIT: I just want to get best possible sound and therefore I thought getting amp and dac would be good idea. I don't have any practical experience about headphone amps/dacs.

If you just want to get the best sound, then at your budget, I would recommend going with an open headphone because it will have a superior soundstage and likely, better imaging (than a closed can would).  You could go with something like a Philips Fidelio X1, which has terrific bass, and a FiiO Q1 dac/amp. That would get you in at around $270 total. Alternatively, you could go with an HD598 and the Q1. It would have less bass extension than the X1, but likely be more balanced.

The M100 does not have ANC in its basic form. It would be a good option for your music interests, as would the significantly more expensive P7.. Generally speaking, an amp does make a positive difference, even for headphones that do not require one. A dac/amp does not necessarily make more of a difference if the headphone is more expensive. Dacs and amps are all different, as are headphones. It depends more what the combination of components is--that's really the key.
