Hey guys,
I recently bought some e2c's off a fellow head-fi member, but for me they are too complicated to put on and i rarely get the correct fit, and the 'down the back of the neck' design is just a pain in the ass for me as I'm constantly taking them out.

I had ex71's which broke, and they were perfect except I'd prefer better sound. I've heard the sharp md33's are a slight improvement on the ex71's, but I was wondering what else you lot had to reccomend.

I saw these http://www.audiocubes.com/category/H...Earphones.html and many more similiar looking ones on audio cubes...anybody tried 'em?

Any help would be fantastic!
Dom

PS. My budget is around £40 or $80

You don't have to wear them down your back. I rarely do... To insert them properly, start with the cone side (back) of the earpiece facing up. Push it into your canal as you rotate it towards your back. Once their in, the earpiece should nestle in the nook in the outer portion of your ear. Once the earpiece is in place it should be fairly easy to wrap the cable over the top of your ear (but let the cable run down your front). Unless you have particularly small ear canals, they should be very comfortable for hours.

I had to give up on one size fits all IEM's. They just don't fit well and are uncomfortable. When I look at my UE-10's I can see why no universal iem's worked...

My left and right ear canals are completely different. My left is much narrower than my right. In addition, I have virtually no bend in my canal which is the main reason the universal iem's never grab. fortunately my custom molded ue-10's fit perfectly.

You could get some used B&O A8's off of ebay within your budget. Alot of people here say that audio technica makes the best buds by far. Never used them, myself.

Yeah I've read countless tutorials on how to put them in, and to begin with they are perfect, and the sound is perfect. But as soon as i walk/yawn/do anything with my mouth the left one just loses it's seal. And besides, they take way too long for me, I want something that i can pop in straight away, thanks for the help though.

They all look cool, but i need at least a bit of insulation because i use them walking to school everyday, where I'm walking along a busy road. Any other suggestions?
