OK, me and pin2hot just built a cmoy altoids amp to the specs on tangents page(no volume control and 1 9v). I own the dt-770s and I cant hear the difference in loudness, or even sound when connected to my portable md player with full batteries. Should I be able to hear a night and day difference??? I was thinking that I need to run 2 9v batteries in the amp we are building for me. Right now we only have the power supply hooked up so i can still change things if need be, does anyone have any dt-770 specific tweaks i can make to my cmoy???


Also , does anyone have pics of a cmoy in an altoids(or similar size) can with 2 9volts?? I would like to see how other people have pulled this off, I searched for a good hour, I know I have seen it before, just cant find it now...
