I use Ety 4S at the YMCA all the time. I use the grey foam pads as they seem to be the most comfortable and block out the most noise.

Wrap the cord around your ear (and behind the bow of your glasses, if you wear them).

They do stick out a lot. I can't wear them with a hood or hat. But that hasn't been a problem at the YMCA.

I understand that you only need advices among these 3 models, but I just have to suggest Altec-Lansing iM716. Rumours say that they use ER4 drivers, so they have excellent treble and enough bass also. I had iM716 and enjoyed them very much, probably gonna get 'em again. And they are sold for 50$ only on ebay
