Help using a700x

The A900X is quite a bit better in my opinion, The A700X sounds rather like a bass shy or bass neutral A900X. Worth the money since the A900X regularly sells for $150 in the US.

Which explains why A700X is a better flat-response headphone, no? I produce music daily and chose A700X over DT-770 PRO and A900X since the latter two have extra bass and not the flat-EQ I'm looking for

I would choose the KRK KNS8400 over both for a flat headphone(though it looks anything but in the freq graphs, which is strange).

Audio technica have the A700X "Art monitor" version, but i'm not sure how different is from the normal version.

The A700X is the Art monitor version. Unless you mean the older A700 one, in which case, I don't know, I've never tried the A700.
