Help! Upgrading to a new headphone.

Hey there, my name is Mark. I've loved music for as long as I have remembered and ever since my 16th birthday I've been rolling around with a pair of Sony 7506's. Ever since I've gotten them, my ears have felt more open to music than ever. However, I feel I can get much better sound than this for much more money. I want a headphone that sounds good, and I haven't really gotten a taste in sound since I've had a mostly flat listening expierience. I want to specifically have a clearer and better sound with mids and treble, specifically. I love Pink Floyd and would really like to see the guitair chains on "Any colour you like" blow me away. I've been considering getting a:
Sennheiser HD 700
Sennheiser HD 650
Sennheiser HD 600
Beyerdynamic T51i
Grado 325
Sony MDR-CD900ST

Out of all of these, which do you prefer, and do you have any other suggestions? My budget is around 300$.

HiFiMAN HE-400i which is a stellar planar. It has linearity from bass to treble, large drivers for lots of dynamics, and you can find cheap after market cables. This headphone is my top recommendation because it can be found under $300 new and easily competes against headphones 3-4 times the price like the LCD-2.

The Shure SRH 1540 is another great headphone albeit more bassy and fun sounding than the 400i. Build quality is awesome, pads are thick and lush making it super comfortable, and it comes with a backup cable and a set of backup pads. One of the best headphones I have seen in a while.

I own the HD600, HD650, and the HE400S. My preference for you would be the HD650 and the HE400i. Either would work for your purposes.
