You guys helped me so well that I need ur help again. I just bought my 280 pros and I LOVE them and I can now notice a serious sound difference between my iPod and my dad's cd player. I was gonna up the bit rate on the iPod, buy I would rather keep it low and use my MX400s. I wanted to know whats a good CD player at about 80 or lower? Is it possible to get pretty good sound for that price? I just want a home station and use my iPod on the go, thanks again guys,

look for a used Sony D-25S in the for sale forums.

also, throw those MX400's away. At least, get a pair of Koss KSC-35's for $30. 500% better and still cheap.
