This is certainly an oddball one, but methinks it's worth a mention: the RHA MA750. while it lacks a removable cable and costs $120, it can certainly punch far above its weight sound quality-wise. Additionally, it appears to be handmade in the UK and has pretty superb build quality (lots of steel). beyond that, I suppose there's the RHA T20 and Westone w10, but I don't believe they offer quire the same value as the 750s.
