I am very confuse where I can get it reply. I believe it is the rotar that is broken(It do not rotate at all, ever it do trun on). I am look head-fier who is willing to help. Or can I get it repair by sony dealer?

I'll give a friendly bump to a fellow 311 owners post...

good luck with the fix... hopefully its just that the motor has burnt out... easier to fix than tracing the fault if its on the main PCB...
