HELP - No Sound from Amp and/or DAC

Hello,

I just got my new amp and dac (please note these are second hand), the Auris Headonia and Auris D1D. This is the first time I am using a separate Amp and DAC so not sure if I am doing something wrong.

My source is my PC and it is connected with a USB B to A with the DAC. The DAC and Amp are connected via RCA cables. Both the Amp and DAC are powered on and the DAC is set on USB. I made sure to download the driver provided on Auris website for the DAC. But when I play anything these is no output from the headphones. Windows does show the volume going up and down when music is playing though.

Does anyone know what the culprit might be?

Make sure your input knob on the middle top is set to the RCA inputs connected to DAC that you are using.

All good now. Not exactly sure what I did but after leaving it be for like 15 minutes they started to work.

sometimes you also hafta unplug the usb from your computer to the system and plug in again. From time to time, when I am streaming, my computer will fart and stop sending the signal to my dap (hence, no sound from the system). Once I disconnect the cable and reattach, all is well again.
