Some of you might remember me asking about an aria that I heard on a TV show and was trying to remember. I never had any luck with that last thread. Then last night on Smallville, they played it again. Stupid me, I forgot to watch the credits to see the name of it. Anyone here watch the show last night and know the name of it? It was played during the Luther prison shower scene if I am rembering correctly. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I love this track and really want to get the CD with it!

Muito Obrigado!

The 'Flower Duet' from the opera Lakme by Leo Delibes. (sorry dunno how to do accents with this keyboard)

You've prolly heard it on a lot of British Airways commercials too.

That's it!!!

it takes a bit of searching though to find a good sound sample of it. Does anyone here know a good compilation CD of Arias and the such... this kind of sound. Many years ago while demoing a pair of Klipch speakers, the salesman had a CD which had this one and several other tracks that were wonderful to test out the speakers with and to sit back and just listen. It wasn't a CDR either.

Thought you'd have recommendations by now. OK, I'll go out on a limb. Try this one. I bought it long ago for the duet from the Pearl Fishers. Older performances but I've never regretted the purchase.

If you don't like it, I'll buy it from you at your cost and pay shipping.
