I've been scouring all the stores I could find that stock earphones here, and all they were selling were either: low end Philips buds, Skullcandy headphones (NEVER), and these "Earpollution Plugz". The best I could find were Shure SE102s (about $60) and SE110s. I can't buy online mainly because my parents don't have credit cards and they don't want to setup Paypal accounts.

And there's also the matter of shipping. The thing is, I can't make a choice. I could either get the Shures right now with all my cash, leaving pretty much $0 behind. Or, I could just get a Skullcandy and face eternal damnation from Head-Fi. Or, I could not spend anything and just get a new videogame....

Please, you gotta help! This choice is tearing me apart!

I'll try and look for more earphones. Any fellow Filipino Head-Fi'ers, do you know a place that sells good earphones?

All I can recomend is do a deep search of the Internet to help you find local stores that carry Audio Equipement, Im sure people play Guitar and Drums in your country, try checking the phonebook.
From your sig it says you listen mostly to 128Kbps MP3's, and very little Lossless, so I would not stress yourself just yet on getting an expensive pair of Shure's.

You might be able to find some ebay sellers selling new gear that will accept money orders for payment. I know most of them want paypal now, but once and a while you might find one that still takes money orders, although you would have to pay shipping and it would take quite a while to get them.
