Hi, Im looking for an in-ear with the price under $250. 
This would be used for all type of music, from soft and smooth pop songs to loud and speedy electronic (I may listen to electronic more than pop anw)

Check out the RHA MA750, ATH-IM70, and the Ostry KC06A. If you want to max your budget, you could also have a look at the Sennheiser IE80.

Yeah thank you for your help, I will take a look at the store tmr. For now, my only concern is since they don't allow auditioning (hygiene issue) then how could I know which one suits me the best

I would second the GR07 Bass Edition recommendation...
 
I would also recommend the Senn IE80, goes for around $250 on Amazon these days.
