Help me deciding "Momentum" vs "MDR-1A"

I'm thinking about getting a closed-headphone, and I'm thinking about getting either one of Momentum or MDR-1A
 
Does anyone have those headphones and know how do they sound like?
 
I listen all kind of musics except hip-hop and metal stuff.
 
I wonder which headphone will be the better headphone for me. Or is there any other good closed headphone that's under $300? Thanks!

Verisonic I502C almost like a on ear but the sound is worth it. It come from the people that make the Darma drivers. it might not look like it but does rock.
