I need a new player, new headphones, and new amp.

it will be mainly portbable. so i need a portable player and amp. I like the denon 5000's, or the hd650. can someone build me a nice rig with an amp headphones and new player? thank

I think you're better off going for a Denon for portability. I know nothing at all about portable players (I use either my laptop or my PC), but you wouldn't need too much of an amp (Or none at all, if you aren't picky) from a laptop.
