Help for Decent IEMs
Jun 11, 2020 at 9:41 AM Post #16 of 26
I have lots of IEMs including Blon bl-03 and Tin T3, both of which have a nice clear sound signature and reasonably comfortable fit.
However, my favorite in terms of both fit and sound is the Urbanfun, which I found on aliexpress after a tip on this forum. These are slightly more expensive now, but I bought them for around 45 euro.

And just to be sure, in case I stretched the budget up to 100? Maybe it would the solution to get fitting, build and sound

And what do you think about Hifiman re600s that are sold now for 74 usd https://store.hifiman.com/index.php/re-600s-in-ear-monitor-iem.html ?

I have the RE600s v2. It is a fantastic IEM, but... I think the FA1 is overall superior to the RE600s for most uses, but not in all technicalities. I do not care for the RE600s’ performance with classic rock. To my ears, the results are weak and limp. The RE600S has a bit better texture than the FA1 in the lows and mids. The FA1 has better isolation than the RE600S.
