Help for choosing a new headphone/set, vocals, ocassionly pop and the COD

First of all, Hi all and merry Christmas.
As the topic has well described, I am looking to buy a new headphone, my current headphone is SteelSeries Siberia V2 and it's most likely fake
My primary objective for a headphone would be a decent bass AND a decent vocal at the same time, this is very important specially since I mostly listen to online conferences  and play thriller games like call of duty or need for speed at my very little hobby times.
It would be appreciated if the price of the headphone/set is around 100$, and doesn't make you broke for requiring a decent amp to enable it. Headphone/set with internal amp is better since my mobo audio source is a crap(And sound cards are a rare gem here).

Oh, and did I mentioned that I mostly need it for desktop, laptop use?
P.S: And I would use it for movies too if it's relevant.

Considering the Audio-Technica M50 first. I really did like to buy that headset, but it's been priced for 199$ in here.
My question is, that though the others say it's well worth the money, does it worth paying 200$ for it?
BTW, I am looking for other options as well, but, the real problem is, that the more I research, the more I get confused about it.

You should consider Gemini HSR-1000 (Takstar Pro 80). If you want emphasized bass you should consider Takstar HD5500 and Takstar HD6000, the last one being more balanced. 
 
JVC HA-S680 and Creative Aurvana Live! are also good options.

I'm not living in U.S, and I have never heard of Gemini brand in my country.
Creative Aurvana Live is obsolete(sold out), and that model of JVC is not seen outside of japan or U.S for sale.

I'd recommend the Sennheiser HD280Pro or Sony MDR V6 or 7506. V6 is more fun sounding, 7506 is more flat and accurate.
 
ATH-M50s are good, but not worth $200 to me. OTOH, if that's what the other headphones I mentioned are going for then really all four would be decent choices.

If you can go up to 200, Shure SRH-840 and SoundMagic HP100 are both solid picks. If not, you should consider Sennheiser HD280 and Sennheiser HD360.

Those Sony headphones are also good choices. Here you can compare their frequency responses:
 

Sennheiser clearly has the edge in terms of sub-bass response.

However, both the sennheiser HD280 Pro and sony mdr-v6 are priced at 200$.
I'm considering sony xba-500 so far, priced reasonably at 70$, or the sennheiser HD-558 priced at 220$.
Shure and sound magic are rarely found here(with warranty), but I'll try my best,

Edit: Just found the ATH-PRO700MK2 at 200$, as well as the AKG K 141 MK2 and sennheiser HD-518 at the same price, sennheiser HD215 and HD429 are priced at 120$
And finally, there are razer kraken pro, tiamat 2.2 and Logitech G430 at 99$ (so far).
Will notify you soon if I have found anything else.
I'm also starting to consider importing as an option... Could you also suggest a good headphone at sites like amazon.com priced at 150$ max.
