Need recommendations for some phones I can wear in public, that I can listen to through the balanced circuit on my Opus #1s.
Most portable type cans seem to be single ended. I have a pair of 99 Classics, but I'm a little gun shy wearing them out and about. I thought the 1 more triple driver over ear was going to be the one, but it wasn't cutting the cheese.
I'm not to concerned with sonic traits atm. I can research once I find something that fits my needs.
I'd like them to be a little smaller than the 99s in form factor. Think Beoplay H6 size. Closed back, and I don't care if they fold up into a neat little package. Over ear is a must, and my tippy top price range is tree fiddy (350). I don't like only being able to utilize the balanced audio option while I'm at home.
If anybody has any leads on some headphones that have been modded, that would be fine also.
