hi

i want to buy a some headphones for gaming, and mp3 player ( sansa clip+ punk rock music mainly)

price: 80 top

in my computer i have audigy se ( might upgrade it if you recommend it for something no more than 80dlls ), and its connected to an amplifier technics su-co4

it would be nice if i can fold them for transporting

i need them to have decent noise isolation ( will use it to study in college´s library), so they need to be confortable too for long sessions of study ( yohooo party ! )

and i really want circumaural

would be nice if i can fold them to make them transportable

sorry for sloppy english, ty in advance

ps: i can only by trough amazon/newegg

ps2: this is the amp http://vintagetechnics.co.uk/integrated/suc04.htm, plz tell me if its worth buying a better audio card. i have this speakers: http://vintagetechnics.co.uk/loudspeakers/sbf2.htm ( if you click back and search for them you can see specs ), in my NON expert opinion i should first change the speakers but i am not sure.

ps3: if the headphones you recommend me are cheap ( 45 or less ) i might use them in the street ( i live in aregntina, i shouldnt use an 80 buckls headphone and walk in the street ), so if there is little difference with a cheaper headphone plz letme know

Technical Pro HPT990 headphones (semi-open), $44.99.
You should be able to keep using the Technica SU-C04 to drive the headphones.

Asus Xonar DX or D1 sound card, used $50. should improve the audio quality over your current Audigy SE
The Creative Recon3D sells used for $56
Run a 3.5mm to RCA cable from the sound card to the Technica.

I just picked up a Sandisk Sansa Clip Zip, nice little mp3 player.

Take a look here: http://www.innerfidelity.com/content/innerfidelitys-wall-fame-full-size-sealed
You can go for the ones under 100, there are a couple below 50 also.
If you want to wear them outside, you need close ear pad types beacuse otherwise you'll hear surrounding noise.
You don't need to use any amp etc with them.

superflux 668b ( they are semiopen but according to review have better isolation than the ones you recommended 50dlls)

I think the Sony MDR-V6 are good for the price.
I bought used MDR-V6s and add Beyerdynamic EDT 200 (250 V) Velour ear pads :)
