Help a newbie out (Yulong vs Musiland or other)

So I'm pretty newb at sound, I have a Macbook Pro and AD700. I listen to everything from classical to hiphop to electronic to rock (basically everything except country). I don't know how to describe the sound I am looking for or want. I guess an "extension" of Audio Technica's sound is nice, but I'm looking for a dac/heaphone amp for beginner use and I've pretty much settled on the Yulong DAH1 Mark or the Musiland MD10. I plan to use the DAC for my speakers and the dac/amp for my headphones. And my budget can me derived from my selection. So are either perfect for me or there other suggestions, I'm pretty open and confused about what I want.... Please help a newbie out

P.S. Major thing is I dont want it to totally change the sound signature of my AD700.
