HELP! A bi-flange fell out of my Head-Direct/HiFiMan Re0's - What can I replace it with? (UK)

They fell out at work, so there's no way in hell I'm going to find them again. (It was the medium size.)
 
The closest I match can find (since Re0's are discontinued) is http://store.hifiman.com/index.php/res-bi-flange-filters.html < But $15 + S&H from the US + UK customs is definitely going to be too much in the price + effort departments.
 
Any similar recommendations I can purchase easily in the UK? (Amazon UK or similar are welcome)

I mean that it might not fit perfectly, but will fit well enough.
