Can someone tell me if it's worth building a Cmoy for my iPod>Er-4P? I can't get an answer...

Absolutely man! ER4P is one of the few IEM I haven't owned, but I've tried it on occasion and I like it amped with the P to S converter. Sounds like a fun and rewarding project!

Yes! Put in a 73 resistor in the circuit and you have yourself an amped ER4S

.
