Hello, greetings! I'm kind of new to this audio area, so my questions will sound like very noob, but I'd very much like to learn from here! :)

So, I just want to have a dac/amp which I use for all my phone, pc, and ps4.
Is there any dac/amp that has both RCA in/out optical in/out and usb?(and chargable and not so big if possible) My budget is $350-ish but I dont want really good sound quality as long as it's good enough to listen. I just want a dac/amp that I can use to connect for those three devices. I prefer convenience and usability over sound quality.

Plus, I have another a noob question.
If a headset and sound card has true DTS surround sound feature, does virtual surround sound also work on those?

Thanks! :D

If you want headphone surround sound with the PS4, get a Astro Mix-amp (used $40-$70, off eBay?).

Get an Asus Xonar DX sound card for the PC (used $50? off eBay).

Get a FiiO A3 (E11K) headphone amplifier (new $60).
It can be used with the Xonar DX or any smartphone.

By virtual surround sound, assuming your referring to old technology, like Dolby Pro Logic?

No, I think it's Dolby Digital sound

Modern Dolby uses Dolby Headphone for surround sound.
The older Dolby Pro Logic is more of a faked headphone surround sound.

Dolby Digital Sound is kind of a generic term, but I think it does refer to more modern Dolby stuff.

DTS Surround Sensation is DTS headphone surround sound feature.
