Hi, sorry, can't be of much help regarding your specific question and I would also be interested in knowing from people that have the combination.
 
I do own a pair of AKG K240 MKII and they really made a leap forward when amplified properly (in my case it was a Little Dot MK III). *Beautiful* midrange. I would expect the heed to be a good match.
