I currently own K701. It's great for female vocals and classical, but i want to get the D2000 for it's closed design, comfort, relatively portability and it's bass for some rock~ I use Heed CanAmp for K701. It really tightens the bass for K701, so is it gonna help the D2000 since it kinda have a boomy bass. And what amp will be good for D2000 on the go?

I believe the boomy bass is due to the physical characteristics of drivers, cables, and/or enclosures, not the current/electronics part. You're going to need to do the mods to rid yourself of the boomy bass.
