Headset/Speaker DAC/AMP combo?

My setup: I have the Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 speakers and I have the Beyerdynamic MMX 300 headset. My speakers are plugged into my monitor and obviously aren't getting enough power to get the full potential of them. My headset is plugged into my outdated ASUS Essence STX II sound card within my PC.

Long story short, I am looking for an external DAC/AMP combo where I can run both of them through to power them. I would also like the product to have an input switcher so when I'm not using the headset, I can swap over to the speakers (and vice versa).

Is there a product that can do those things out there, or will I need to buy multiple products to suit this need. Recommendations are welcomed.

You should be connecting the STX II's line-output (RCA) jacks to the line-input (3.5mm TRS) on the Promedia.
Maybe spend $60-$70 to upgrade the 3 op-amps on the STX II.
