Yes, send them a pm. I would recommend you pm JMT. He's built three amps for me (one META42, one CMOY, one CHA47) and I can tell you from personal experience you'll find no better.

i've made arrangements to get a cmoy amp build. now i'm wondering, when using portables, do you use plug the amp in the headphone or line slot? also is the any wire that's recommended to use with the amp and portable?

check headrooms website, they have a few "portable" cables with a decent sound (according to them that is, never heard them my self)
