Headphones with walkie talkie features

There are these new headphones made by Astrogaming that have walkie talk like features for you and your teammates to use while playing. Does anyone know if their are any other headphones with this same capability.

Never seen anything like that before; how does it differ from a conventional mic?

It doesnt really but on a conventional mic the other team would be able to hear you talk, this way only your team can hear you talk

It looks like you can create a local area chat so you can talk without going through the in-game voice. Could be useful in say halo 2 where everyone can hear you within a certain range. Can't say ive ever seen anything like that before.
