What headphones have the most upper bass? That is where all the kick/punch of the bass.

I think you're getting confused with low-end bass which is where you can feel the punch. The kick you hear is like you said, the higher register of the low-end, but the lower-end is the punch. 
 
As for which ones have it, the Sony XB series, Denons, Audiotechnica AD700s
