  Thanks all.

The T50p sounds good from the reviews I have read and for an on the move set it looks to have the sound signature I like. Reviews say isolation is good too.

Did I imagine it or are there 2 version of the t50p?

In the UK i found some for sale here.

Seems a good price, not saying I'm getting them yet but want to make sure I get a later version if there is one should I go for these. Figured you guys would know. :)

Go with the newer T51p (or the iPhone compatible T51i).  The T50p has gotten mixed reviews over the years but the T51p has been near universally praised both in its own right but also as a big improvement over the T51p (and in some corners over the DT1350s in terms of musicality and comfort).  I happen to have a T51p myself so I fully endorse that view.

Yeah sorry, I removed that link before you'd posted as I realised my mistake. :)

Is the T51i the same as the T50p but with a phone in line remote? I have an android phone, heard it works apart from the volume, the skip and google now integration works ok.

Yeah, that dongle thingy that has buttons and a mic in it is the only difference.

Can't speak as to functionality given that I have neither an iPhone nor an Android phone so don't really care for those features.

To clarify -- T51p is the next gen of the T50p.  T51i is the iPhone variant of the T51p. :)
