Sony EX90/85. They sit in the cups of your ears so you dont get booming while running. I use my UM2s for running and they are perfect - you could try UM1's, but I think a modded pair of EX90s will sound better IMO.

Yup, you can't beat KSC75 for running. It's open, so you can hear trucks and bikers and other stuff that'll run your azz ova... Can be bought for less than $20... can be adjusted to any ear & feels comfortable... has a lifetime warranty... sounds great across the whole spectrum, but the bass is just a tad muddy, still clear for every genre I've thrown at it, tho.

Why not just go the inexpensive route and get a KSC75 for 20 or SHS391 for 10? Both sound very good at their pricepoints.

E500s stay in my ears for the 4 miles I run at night. That said, Shure E2-3 should do fine. Isolation is not a problem at night, you can see car lights n such when you run at night time.

When I run I use the Grado iGrados. I used to use the Koss KSC 35's. For over the head, Porta pros would be great too.
