How do I enter the giveaway?
In order to be eligible, you have to do the following:

Resolve will be conducting a live stream with a Q&A and will draw one winner at the end of the stream. This giveaway is open to all entrants, however those living outside of North America will have to pay for shipping.

That would mean those living in different timezones (like me) can in reality not win (unless you watch in the middle of the night, or during working hours...)

Following in hope as I'd always wanted a pair of Audeze headphones and these are on my 'list'.
Time difference in Australia makes it very impractical though to watch a live stream. I do love Headphones.com for their comprehensive and rather objective reviews.

Hey everyone, thanks for the comments so far. As we do have monthly giveaways planned we can always take the comments/feedback/suggestions to help run our future giveaways!

Time zones indeed are always difficult to navigate. Finding the ideal time to broadcast is always a struggle. For me personally I love esports but the tournaments held in Asia are always tricky for me to watch as it ends up being in the middle of the night. Possibly for our future giveaways we can vary the livestream times so while we may miss on region in one month we can always try to make it up to them the next.

We do have some, quite exciting giveaways planned for later this year that I can't talk about just yet, but those will be a real treat!
