Currently, my pair is hurting my neck with longer sessions.

Can anyone recommend me a light-weight, closed-back headphone?

- detachable cables (I have to change the length accordingly)
- large ear cups
- no harsh highs
- decent clamping force
- budget lower than $200 is preferred
- indoor listening, long hours

You might check out the Koss PortaPro--it weighs 2 1/2 ounces and is quite small. Might be too small in the earcup department--it's really an on-ear rather than over-ear. The Senn HD598CS, which satisfies several of your criteria, is another potential possibility. But it weights somewhere on the order of 334 gms, which may be too much for you. The SoundMAGIC HP150 is 288 gms--it could work possibly. Outstanding headphone. Lastly, the M30X weighs in at a mere 220 gm. It is comfortable (I own one). Clamp force is not too great, not too low. Ear cups aren't huge, but comfort is high. Some thoughts for you. Maybe one of these will work for you.  --)
