Hi, I have a question that google isnt giving me direct answers to the question I have.

I have V-Moda Crossfade M-100 which the input (to the headphone) is a TRS and to my device is a TRRS (with the cable that has a mic, TRS with the cables that do not).

I was looking to purchase a cable that goes to both earcups which would be like a Denon AH-D600/7100 replacement. This cable is TS on each L & R side and the device end is a TRS.

Will using such result in any issues? I already consulted V-Moda on the capability of wires going to both cups and they advised it is capable and will reduce resistance on the speaker that is not directly connected.

I was just wondering if the configuration of the terminations will effect things in any way? I dont care about there being a mic or in-line controls it will be all wire.

I just don't want to damage my m-100's by trying to use a cable with a different configuration.

Thank you in advance! :)
