Nein, no digital camera either. Just stuck up on the side of my monitor. The nice thing about the stick on hook solution is the flexibility you have in placing it (for greatest comfort), rather than having to make space for a stand.

Akar: Is it big mate? If the shipping is too much, then I can't justify it, how much do you reckon?

squalish, that thing is kinda freaky, like its right out of a sci fi movie or something.

ah well, it's ok that you don't have a pic poorimpulsectrl. not exactly sure why i bothered asking because that idea probably won't work with my lcd monitor. guess i just wanted an idea of what it would look like.

I haven't gotten them yet.
I just won the auction a couple days ago.

those are discontinued RS stands. I picked up a couple of those on closeout a few months ago for 47 cents each (yes, that is correct!). It is worth checking around in your local RS if they have any old stock left.

Still, if you cannot find them, $5 is reasonable, I guess. They do work nicely.

akar, ygpm

antness: yeah, i hit up Bed,Bath...this weekend based on your suggestion...their stock sucked, so i think i'll try another location this week, see what kind of wall racks/hooks they have. i am somewhat hesitant to nail/adhere things to the wall, but saving shelf/desktop space would be nice!

if anyone else has pics of your home rigs, or ideas for mine, plz keep em coming!!!

oh, and if anyone took my backback with my digital camera and tons of memory in it, can i have it back now?....sigh

I was in RS today and that's what they say they are discontinued, and sold for the 47 cents or less in the last days...but walking around I found another option is very strange but it will work at least for one pair of headphones and sometimes are very cool in shape.....what????....BANANA HANGERS.....LOL, but don't laught and check it out, at Lowes, Target or any other dept store, sometimes are very cool, I got one for 9.99 very nice....

I found the link, as most of the banana hanger are made of wood they look horrible, but check this out and don't tell me that this does not look nice, and in front of you looks better believe me, and with a pair of HD600 hanging there, there is not need of the bananas...

nanahachi: have you checked the rat shack here in berkeley yet?

i use a three-tiered, 3 bulbed floor lamp. it sounds cooler than it looks. it could probably look really cool, depending on the lamp being used. and if the lights could shine up and spotlight the headphones... that would be really cool. like a museum display or something like that.

We only have one Radio Shack here.
It isn't even a real Radio Shack, it's in one corner of a Western Auto store. (Hardware/Auto/Marine Type Store)
I checked there long ago, they didn't have any, I am not sure if they ever did. They don't carry everything a regular Radio Shack does.

Akar: I found a stand at my local Dick Smith Electronics, aka. Aussie Radioshack.

Perhaps it would be better if you sold the extra stand to a person in America, who wouldn't have to spend more than the stand is worth in shipping costs.
