Hi community,

Been picking out a pair of headphones for a while, and I've been at a standstill with these models:

Bose QuietComfort 25
http://www.cnet.com/products/bose-quietcomfort-25/

Audio-Technica ATH MSR7
http://www.cnet.com/products/audio-technica-ath-msr7/

Sennheiser Momentum 2.0
http://www.cnet.com/products/sennheiser-momentum-2-0/

Beyerdynamic T5I
http://www.cnet.com/products/beyerdynamic-t51i/

Beyerdynamic T5P
http://www.cnet.com/products/beyerdynamic-t-51-p/

Also, could anyone explain to me the difference between the two beyerdynamic models? Been searching for an answer but have been unable to find one

Don't know about the difference between the Beyers.

Might want to check out these Wall of Fame lists. There are extensive reviews for each (more in depth than the CNET ones):

If you want the ultimate noise isolation (because you often commute by metro or fly frequently), the Quiet Comfort will deliver the best noise cancelling. The sound is just average in my opinion.

The Audio Technica is good overall, but for the same price you could get the Focal Spirit Pro and that would be the better headphone in my opinion.

The Momentum 2.0 will give you great portability, over-ear comfort and good build quality, but it's not cheap. Take into account that these have a bass that is accentuated. A bit more than is necessary to compensate for the drowning of the bass in the ambient noise.

The t51i and t51p are both the same except for the in-line microphone of the t51i. I used to have the t51p for a while and I really liked it's sound. Surprisingly dynamic and large sound for such small on-ear headphones. What concerned me was it's flimsy cable.
I sold my t51p because I now I have the Custom Art Music One and those sound great too while being more convenient for portable use.
