I like to listen to rap, edm, and some rock. I like heavy bass I used to have beats ear buds (urbeats) right now in looking at the V Moda M-100 my budget is 350$ if you can recommend better go ahead.

I like the M-100 a lot. A few others worth throwing on the list are: SONY XB1000; Fostex TH600 (may be able to find a used one); and the JVC HA-SZ2000 (new is over budget, might find one used; needs EQing for best performance). Those are some that come to mind. There are others, like for example the M50X is pretty bassy, so maybe worth a look-see. Some thoughts..
