Yo im new so dont know much like an idiot so jus wonderin if u guys would n=be so kind enough to recremmend some headphones that fit over my ear, are portable like i can take to some foreign country like say korean and walk around the streets with listening to an ipod, and it gives great sound quality to all forms music and average bass and has great isolation

The denon d2k would fit the bill except it is not a great at isolation. The perfect choice for you might be:

 

Beyer dt770...good bass and good isolation.

d2k are a bit fragile for travel, one drop and that cup is coming off the band.
while many may think it's overprice, the ath-m50 can be had online for ~$130, are built rugged, and will run fine without an amp from a portable player.

My suggestion would be the Beyerdynamic DT250s.
 
Not the most stylish set of cans but they offer reasonable isolation, great sound quality, average (but not exaggerated) bass and can be had second hand for under $200.00.

Ultrasone HFI 2400 ($195) but since its open, you probably won't get the best sound quality of it while walking outside.

If you don't mind on ears, then you should start researching on the usual suspects:

Beyerdynamic DT1350 (my choice)
