Do any of you guys have any recommendations for sub $100 headphones? I realize that it's not that much money, but that's about all I have to go around. Thanks in advance.

i believe the Sennheiser HD280s just went on sale at newegg for about 65 bucks. you might check those out.

The Senns that Maxvla recommended are good, but they're also closed backed... meaning that you won't be able to hear (as much of) the outside world when you wear them... is that an issue to you?

If open back is more your thing, at the bargain basement end (although reportedly still very good) are the Koss KSC-35s at about $15 if you can find them...

Then we're off to the Grado SR40 which can be had for about $40

Grado SR60 - $60

All three are firm favorites here...
