I am thinking to grab the t50p for outdoor and on the train listening.

from this i gather the isolation is very good on the t50p??

Yeah, fair enough, they just looked a bit like modded grados thats all (similar chamber design and grado jumbo pads)
 
I'm guessing they sounded great.
