I recently bought some shure se530s and was about to buy some shure slc5s right after and someone told me to buy an earphone amplifier "to enhance the sound and make the earphone perform to its best level." What exactly does it do and will it make my eaphones sound better? Do you guys recommend me to get one? and if so then which one is the best? Sorry i'm new to this kind of stuff and need help.

Based on the stats, I don't think that you need a headphone amp, but I have no experience with Shure products. The sensitivity is high, and the impedance is low, so you most likely won't need one.

IIRC, SCL5 is little bit power hunger so an amp might be beneficial, but SE530 doesn't need an amp at all. The best way is to get the IEM and has a listening first. If you don't think you are getting the best sound from your source, then you can consider getting an amp.
