Headphone amp with digital in?

This one is really interesting Sasaki, battery driven, an RCA line out, too bad there is no USB input, any idea if it will be sold in North America?

has anyone sugjested the mk-3 portacorda?
the mark 2 portacorda was thought of quite highly in a previous thread.
