I am looking for an amp/dac to run my HD650s when I am away form my main system. Portable would be cool but if not thats fine. The main qualifications are that it:
1- Handle my 650s
2- Have optical input (I will be running data from my airport express)
3- My iPad (3rd Gen) needs to be able to connect to it via the camera connection kit.
The only amp I found so far that has optical and deals with the iPad is the leckerton uha-6s mkii. I have read some mixed reviews though.
I need to stick to under $300. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
