Yes he did, but after serfing through the page...I felth that many deals were such a great deals especially the SR-325 ones. You guys need to take a look at the SR-200 woodie....very beautiful.

They do look awsome, the look of wood is really cool specialy on headphones.

Just curious, but what purpose does the wood serve? Does it improve the sound or is it just for looks? I'm probably the only person here who doesn't think wood on headphones looks good.

Many great headphones have wood housing, namely, Sony MDR-R10, Grado RS-1, RS-2, Senn HE-90 (?), AT-W2002, W100, and W11JPN. I am not an expert on this issue here but I believe wooden housing is known to add flavor and improve the acoustic of the sound.

Cable upgrades by Larry make a big difference. I can only imagine the wodden and recabled Grados to be on a very very high performance level.
