What mods have you communicated with? I have received neither an e-mail nor a PM from you requesting information. If you would like to forward me the communication between yourself and the subject member, I would be happy to provide the personal information that was removed.

People, please start a thread there.

Eventually this one will drop off and others might not be so inclined to look here first.

What the heck are people thinking? If I would have gotten ripped off I know I would at the very least post negative feedback. I mean come on people, do you want him to get away with this? Do you want others to get ripped off as well? How can possibly justify not leaving negative feedback?!?

And the reason i didn't start the thread myself is that i'm sure IF he even come back here, he won't be using the same username. We'll be wasting time posting negative feedback tied to username only.

The only way around this is to post a thread "Trader to Avoid" which includes real name / town, state / ebay, paypal id. This is the best way imo.

He's a young guy who's bitten of more than he can chew..... maybe he didn't intentionally set out to rip people off but , whatever the scenario, he's now in a deep hole and only he can get himself out of that hole.

Well, if he's not a conman he's sure got potential. He's sold an item, got paid, and shipped empty boxes. Sounds like he can also write bad checks, clone credit cards, print dollar bills in his basement and Heaven knows what else. It all depends on how heavy his consciense gets. If he's a kid, his parents should sure be made aware of what he's been up to. But you never know; maybe his parents are teaching him how to do crap like this.

I am consulting with the owner of misticriver, in order to leave feedback there with a link to the threads here.

Oh yes, looky what I found:
http://www.fixup.net/talk/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=340
http://www.headwize.com/ubb/showpage...num=5&tid=2072

I hope nobody got ripped off with those.

Some other personal info can be found here.

I just recieved the personal info. I was able to verify that the second group of info is correct on the list (Pham, Giap...), by checking his Ebay account and going on "forgot my password", where birth date, zip code and tel number all brought up a match.

Maybe he isnt even trying to scam the person who started the thread ? maybe he got some misconceptions about this guy ? If he wanted to scam the guy, he wouldnt have dared to post a reply in the same thread. Chill out for a while guys, and see what happens in a while.

Unbelievable! And he's doing it as a "buy it now" only auction, so we can't warn potential bidders. One of the people who was almost scammed should warn eBay about this guy.
