We all love Head-Fi. I know I do. Even our favorite manufacturers and designers love Head-Fi. Jan Meier has given us the HeadFive, John Grado, the HF-1. I was just thinking earlier today how great it would be to have a Head-Fi edition portable amp. It would make identifying Head-Fiers on the street incredibly easy, and I would be damn proud to carry one, even if it was to be mistaken for a 'battery pack' most of the time.

No longer would you have the age-old dilemma: "Is he a Head-Fier? He is wearing UM2s, he does have a Hornet...source is...a cell phone? *sigh*"

Of course, I'm not actually asking for one, as I understand and appreciate the time and effort put in to previous Head-Fi designs for which less profit was made than probably should have been, but I would still like to know if anyone else has a hankerin' for a Head-Fi portable.

I'd buy it.

I might be in for one.
Cause I like the idea of having a product specially targeted the Head-Fi community. But neither the HF-1 or HeadFive have been of my taste.

A portable amplifier might be more my league.

I have enough portable amps. Couldn't we just have a t-shirt?

Right, then it could become a legend, we could pay for them, and never actually get any!

Do any of the profits from those items actually go to Head-Fi.org?
