I recommend uncle wilson's shop in the adelphi. It's right smack in the center of town and near a lot of mass transit.

Also, he lets you try everything for as long as you want - which is the most important part.

I think their website is Jaben Network, their address is there.

I think that will be the place to go then. It looks like there are a few brands to give a listen.

Thank you once again for the recommendation. (And sorry for not searching in other threads first...)

Just had a GREAT hour and a half at Jaben and the Adelphi is a fantastic place!! It really is hard not to buy anything. The ROXY Music Store is the BEST! Singapore really is shoppers paradise...

I still have to go to the one in one of the Stereo Electronic. I am wondering if the new one that just opened in the Plaza Singapura has the same products displayed as the old Stereo Electronic store?

I also learned that the Sennheiser Showroom in Alexandra Technopark has the HD800 on display. I think I will go there and listen to it tomorrow also. (it makes me really afraid to carry my credit card with me...)

I think u should try the older store at woodland

because the newer one is rather new so maybe they have not setup all of their stuff yet

I haven't paid a visit to the Plaza Singapura branch yet, but a simple solution would be to call them? Woodlands can be rather out of the way, depending on where your accommodation is. And not to mention other than one shopping centre in Woodlands, there really isn't much for you to do there as a tourist (I am assuming you are well, a tourist?). Plaza Singapura is walking distance (or bus/MRT if you're tired or something) from Orchard and plenty of other shops! And probably a lot nearer to your accommodation too!

I want to listen to the iBasso D10 so I guess I will try the one in Plaza Singapura first. I am definitely going to pay Orchard street a visit. I am only a tourist after working hours as I am here for business purposes. But I get the weekend here also before I have to leave.
