Hello, I´m new to head-fi in regards to posting.
Coming from other forums it´s often regarded bad form to revive retired/dead threads no matter if their on topic or not.

I've stumbled across a few old threads here (and accidently posted in one) which technically fitted my question.

Since I was unsure of the specifics of Head-Fi I looked trough the general guidelines without finding an answer so I'm hoping someone could share their views on my question. :)

Regards, Jorgen

Personally I see no problem with the general concept of doing so--especially where it advances the conversation and provides pertinent information, back ground and/or views.

Of course--as in anything else--some judgement is required in deciding whether or not to do so.

My point of view exactly, I'm very glad to see others sharing it :D
Thank you for the feedback.
