Hello!
if there was any way to purchase an extended warranty for them through you or otherwise.
Thanks for you time.

Hi, firstly, thanks for your support. If there is anything wrong with the earphones, please feel free to contact us. If it is out of warranty, you only have to pay some money for the replacement.

Couple questions.

Firstly,  what is the output impedance on the 801 with the GAME module?

Secondly, will the release of the 901 affect the price of the 801?

Hi, the output impedance is 32ohm.
The price of HM-801 will not be changed.

Holy crap! Are you sure about that? So, the standard module is 18 ohm, and you release a module for IEMs and it's THIRTY-TWO ohms? That can't be right, in-ears require LOWER output impedance. I was expecting an answer like "It's 1 ohm" and I would have been able to accept "2 ohms," but 32?

GAME cards do have a 32ohm series connecting to the output to adjust the sound signature and headphone impedance. The internal resistance (that might be the output impedance you are talking about) is less than 1 ohm.

If I was to buy a HE-400, is it better to buy it locally in Hong Kong or buy it through your webstore to get the best coverage on warranty issues and such? :D

Will RE-262 be in stock again?

Does Hifiman plan on selling a different style headband for the HE series (specifically, the HE-400)?  I know there are some aftermarket mods you can do, but I'd rather buy from the manufacturer.
