    Eric, just to confirm, and I know this is a pretty dumb question, but if I order on your site you do not sell refurbished items, correct? I don't see a section where it shows "NEW" when you puchase a headphone.
     
    I just don't want to order something and I get a refurbished model.

    Well, is it likely to happen bc the new software seems a million times better. or is it more likely you will make new daps with the software instead.
